HI I'm Lindsay. I'm a grad student at the San Francisco Art Institute, so I make art on occasion, the rest of the time I make friends.

what would i do if i found $250?

I might buy a meal at the famous French Laundry, north of San Francisco, rated #12 on the world’s best restaurant list. apparently they have slipped 7 spots but chef thomas keller, who is the also the creator of Per Se in New York (which is #6 and voted best restaurant in the US), probably has something going on. I’ve never had a white truffle flown in from Italy the morning of or eaten fish packed in the exact position of their natural swimming position to delay tissue breakdown, but it’s probably better than the quesadilla that i just ate for dinner. and if i found 500 i might bring along a friend.
